PRICE MATCH PROGRAM
We are confident that you will not find a better value in sporting equipment; but if you do find a like-for-like product at a better price from a competitor, please forward a copy of the quote to us, and we will do our best to beat that price.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS
When you place an order, schoolmasters.com contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the entire transaction processes or the authorization expires, typically after 30 days. This isn’t an actual charge, it’s just a pre-authorization.

If an order is cancelled, the pre-authorization is immediately released by schoolmasters.com and removed from your financial account based on the policies of your bank. For more information on this please contact your bank.

PURCHASE ORDERS
Purchase Orders are only accepted from schools, public institutions and government agencies. Order will not be processed until you send us a confirmation purchase order from your school/organization referencing your web order# and clearly marked as a confirmation. Schoolmasters is not responsible for duplicate orders.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Schoolmasters offers you a one year satisfaction guarantee!  If you are not satisfied with your order, simply contact us and we will replace it, credit your account or refund the purchase price with no restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. NOTE: Product graphics, colors and models may vary/change without notice. 
 

DAMAGED AND SHORTAGES
It is your responsibility to identify damaged or lost merchandise occurring from damaged packages upon delivery.  Notation of damaged or lost packages must be made at time of delivery.  Any shortage or damaged merchandise must be reported to our office within 2 business days of receipt. 
 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Contact our office to receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. The Return Authorization Number must appear on your shipping label for us to credit your account quickly and properly. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable). Freight charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return freight charges and may also be subject to a restocking fee. Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation, freight damage or improper storage.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping & Handling charges are 16% of order value on all small package (ground only) and freight shipments to the 48 contiguous states. There is a minimum shipping charge of $6.45. Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii & International), and express shipments please call for shipping charges.  

LOADING DOCK: If no loading dock is available and your shipment requires (or you requested) a lift gate truck, additional charges will apply. 

INSIDE DELIVERY: Inside Delivery requires an additional charge.

If your order requires additional charges, you will be contacted.

PAYMENT TERMS
Our terms are NET 30 days from date of invoice to established accounts. 

ESTABLISHING CREDIT
We extend credit to public schools, all accredited private, charter and church affiliated schools, public institutions and government agencies with an approved, and authorized purchase order.

All other orders must be prepaid by credit card, money order, wire transfer, Paypal,  or check in U.S. Funds. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. No COD orders please.

DUPLICATE ORDERS
Confirming orders not clearly marked “confirmation only” may be duplicated, in which case you will be responsible for all shipping charges. 

PRICES
Because our vendors occasionally make significant price increases during the year, we must reserve the right to change our prices without notice. We prefer not to make price changes, and whenever possible, we will absorb small increases from manufacturers. If there is a large increase, we will notify you before filling your order. In the rare event of a typographical error, we reserve the right to charge you the correct price. In such instances, we will notify you before completing your order to give you the option to accept the higher price or cancel.
 

CUSTOMER ADVISORY AND WARNING
Participation in physical education, body conditioning, athletics, recreational and related activities involve varying degrees of accidental injury risks, up to and including those with life threatening potential. Under no circumstances should equipment used for these aforementioned activities be altered, tampered with, or used when damaged. Such equipment should NEVER be used without direct adult supervision and only after examination for damage, wear, proper function and general stability, nor should it be employed for any activity other than that for which it was specifically intended. Such equipment should NEVER be set-up, or moved by children. Participants should always know or be made specifically aware of the risks involved in the activity they are participating in as well as their own physical limitations and that of the equipment being used.
