All-in-one unit combining a probe and a meter. Probe is NTC thermistor, housed in a stainless steel shaft. Shaft has a pointed tip for easy penetration of frozen or semi-solid materials. Provides highly accurate temperature measurements with very quick response time. SPECIFICATIONS: Range: -50 to +150ºC. Accuracy: 0.2ºC (-20 to +90ºC) and 0.5ºC (-50 to -20ºC and +91 to +150ºC). Battery: 1 1.4V, 3000 hours of continuous use. Dimensions: 66 x 50 x 25 mm. Probe: Stainless steel, 105 mm x 3 mm diameter.
