Most of the weight is at the bottom where it acts like an anchor. Free funnel is provided with every order to facilitate loading the sand, which is left in permanently. These Slip-Over Safety Patrol Capes are constructed of 420D nylon pack cloth and are screened with our School Safety Patrol emblem on both sides. The durable nylon material has a 2 pass urethane coating making them easy to clean with a damp cloth. They have stitched fabric edges and elastic side straps. These capes will easily slip over a jacket or coat.
